As part of its aim to recognize Ghanaian footballers and other stakeholders for their efforts at home and around the globe, AE Media, in 2018, established the Ghana Football Awards to project Ghanaian football excellence.
How Is The Overall Winner Determined?
The Ghana Football Awards employs a unique and inclusive voting system to determine its winners. A specialized electoral college, known as the GFA Club 100, comprises journalists, coaches, and captains, each wielding one vote. Additionally, football enthusiasts across the nation participate in the selection process through public voting via SMS and various online platforms.
To ensure transparency and integrity, Price waterhouse Coopers (PwC) serves as the independent monitoring body tasked with collating and overseeing the entire voting procedure. This meticulous approach underscores our commitment to fairness and impartiality, ultimately culminating in the recognition of deserving individuals within the Ghanaian football community.
